'All corresponding tax returns and payments have been filed, correctly fulfilling obligations and without omitting contributions from dependent personnel,' he expressed. From his social media, Tapia stated that 'in the face of the dissemination of distorted information and the complaint filed, AFA makes itself available to the Justice system to collaborate and clarify any situation related to the institution'. 'All payments were made with compensatory interest, without punitive sanctions, and the only legal representative of AFA in this case is Dr. Luis F. Charró'.
